Stay Hydrated
Dehydration leaves your complexion dull and sunken, highlighting fine lines and discoloration. Keep hydrated and you’ll find that your skin looks noticeably brighter, plumper, and younger. It’s the smallest things that make the biggest difference. Make sure you are drinking at least 8 glasses a day.
Keep your skin clean
To save your skin from becoming dull and dehydrated during the autumn months, Keep your skin clean. Use a soft warm cloth and up your exfoliation to twice a week. Exfoliating regularly helps to increase cellular regeneration and removes dead skin cells.
Protect your skin
Should we be wearing sunscreen in winter? Yes absolutely, despite the cooler weather the sun’s rays are just as strong and damaging for the skin. UV rays can still reach you through the clouds. Make sure your daily moisturiser has SPF of at least 30 and you should wear it everyday and never leave the house without it.
